· Central Filtration System

According to different project requirements, customers usually consider the layout of the plant, machine tool production line, processing technology, materials, chip volume, chip conveying path, degree of automation, flexibility, environmental protection and corresponding input costs. · Machine Chip Vacuum Suction System
Central chip vacuum suction system can automatically suck and process the chips generated by different machine tools through the pipeline. The chip suction is realized by vacuum generated by system. · Heavy-duty Conveying System

· Coolant Centrifugal Pump

Type TG: with closed impeller for conveying pre-cleaned coolant, flow rate up to 1600 l/min, pressure up to 6 bar, maximum size of impurities such as iron filings not exceeding 3 mm.
TF type: with open impeller, used for conveying contaminated coolant, the flow rate can reach 1000 l/min, the maximum pressure can reach 2.4 bar, and the maximum size of impurities such as iron filings does not exceed 30 mm.
Type TS: with screw impeller, used to transport contaminated and air-containing coolant, with a flow rate of up to 600 l/min, a pressure of up to 1.8 bar, and a maximum size of impurities such as iron filings not exceeding 15 mm.
